Having regard to the fact that the petitioner seeks a direction in relation to consideration of his case for appointment on the post of Police Constable pursuant to Advertisement No.1 of 2004 dated 8.2.2004 and that not only selection process of the aforementioned advertisement has already been completed but thereafter three more advertisements have already been issued pursuant to which also selection process has been completed, this writ application is wholly misconceived and is, accordingly, dismissed.
