Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,323,504,506,406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Submission is that the informant had taken loan from the Company and was not refunding the agreed installment which led to the increase of the interests and just to pressurize false case has been lodged with allegation that Rs.Ten Lacs was deposited by the informant with BAIL OUT NIDHI Ltd, Nai Sarai, Bihar. Anant Financial Institution run by the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Company does not get deposits of money rather sanctions loan only. There is no documentary proof of deposit of such a huge amount in one go.

Considering the disputed question of fact and completion of investigation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Bihar Police Station Case No.356 of 2020 with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
