The petitioners seek bail in Alauli (Khagaria) P.S. Case No. 86 of 2010, registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The petitioners along with other accused persons are alleged to have assaulted the informant and his family members with the butt of gun. The petitioners are not named in the FIR. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are not named in the FIR. No specific allegation of assault is made against the petitioners. The injured have got

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41755 of 2014 (3) dt.05-02-2015 injuries on hand. No injury was found on vital part of the body of the injured. The petitioners are in jail since 21.11.2013. The petitioners have already remained in jail for more than 1 year and 3 months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Ad hoc Additional Sessions Judge, III, Khagaria in connection with Alauli (Khagaria) P.S. Case No. 86 of 2010, corresponding to Sessions Case No. 203 of 2014.
