1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.P.P. for the State and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant, Ms. Anita Kumari.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 498(A) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the dispute in between the petitioner and the O.P. No. 2 has been resolved and the O.P. No. 2 is staying with the petitioner at her matrimonial home and they are enjoying a peaceful conjugal life.

4. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the

No.49855 of 2024(3) dt.07-10-2024 2/2 informant, Ms. Anita Kumari, does not dispute the said submission of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and submits that she has instructions not to oppose the anticipatory bail application of the petitioner presently.

5. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Arer P.S. Case No. 119 of 2023 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.

6. Accordingly, the instant anticipatory bail application stands allowed.
