This is an application for quashing of the notice dated 11.04.2015 issued U/s. 107 of the Cr.P.C. issued by the SubDivisional Officer, Patna Sadar, Passed in Case No. 537(M)/15) by which the learned court was pleased to direct the petitioners that why not they be directed to execute a bond of Rs.1,00,000/- for keeping peace for one year which is illegal, arbitrary, erroneous and the same is under challenge.
