The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sessions Trial No.467 of 2016 Danapur P.S.Case No.621 of 2015 arising out of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VII, Danapur registered for an offence under Sections 147, 149, 323, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier the prayer for bail of this petitioner was rejected by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr.Misc.No.14582 of 2018 vide order dated 14.03.2018. A report was called for from the trial Court vide letter no.364 dated 22.07.2019 which is at flag-'R', it appears that all the private witnesses have already been examined and only official witnesses are yet to be examined.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44010 of 2019(3) dt.25-09-2019 2/2 In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

However, the trial Court is directed to expedite and conclude the same within a period of nine months from the date of this order.
