This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 98 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 504, 379, 427 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The occurrence has taken place on account of land dispute and there is counter case also. From the injury sustained by the victim, no offence under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code is made out.

In such circumstances, this bail application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like
