2. The petitioner is in custody in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471, 474 and 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per allegation in the FIR, it is a case of committing forgery and cheating by way of selling the government land by the petitioner and other accused persons.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and he is in custody since 28.12.2023 and similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail by this Court passed in Cr. Misc. No. 20056 of 2024.
5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail

On perusal of the first information report and impugned order dated 20.06.2024, it appears that the land situated in AnchalTeghra, Thana No.329, Khata No.1981, Khesra No.8745, MauzaGaura, area 3.247 decimal belonging to the government land and petitioners sold out to one Bhagvanti Devi. A translated copy of the deed no.1812 of 1957 is attached with the petition and the said disputed land bearing khata no.1981 Khesara no.8745 purchased by grand-father of the petitioners, namely, Nemo Das @ Newa Lal Das in the year 1957 and the said land is found to be bonafide land and there is land dispute between the parties, so considering all aspects of the case, I am inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, Teghra, Begusarai in connection with Teghra P.S.
