JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Chand P.S. Case No. 93 of 2017, G.R. No. 1010/2017, for the offences instituted under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the IPC.

The prosecution story, in brief, is that all these petitioners firstly assaulted the informant on the head and, thereafter, others badly assaulted him by means of Lathi by which he sustained six injuries on his person and one injury has been found on the vital pat of the body of the informant. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the

There is no allegation of tampering with the witnesses alleged against the petitioners. For a very petty reason, the alleged occurrence is said to have taken place. The injury is said to be simple. On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the petitioners are named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above named, be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Chand P.S. Case No. 93/2017, G.R. No. 1010/2017 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Kaimur at Bhabua, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
