3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has complied the order dated 08.05.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No.25453 of 2025 on 25.06.2025.

4. In view of the aforesaid, the prayer for restoration is allowed and Cr. Misc. No. 25453 of 2025 is restored to its original file.
