The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Dhaka P.S. Case No. 265 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 436 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that Noor Alam and Wahida Khatoon set fire in the hut of the informant. The informant raised alarm on such the petitioner and others came and Noor Alam is alleged to have stabbed the eldest son of the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is, of course, named in the FIR but no specific allegation is made against the petitioner. There is a land dispute between the parties. Now the case has been compromised.

Considering the facts aforesaid the petitioner above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19675 of 2017 (2) dt.06-07-2017 2/2 named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Dhaka, East Champaran in Dhaka P.S. Case No. 265 of 2016, Subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
