The petitioner is languishing in custody since 19.08.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 3⁄4 of the Explosive Substances Act and 27 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged that the petitioner and Kharag Singh caused injury to the informant by explosive substance though firing was resorted to but no injury was caused to the informant by fire arm. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was not named in the F.I.R., and in subsequent statement the petitioner was named though the petitioner known to the informant from before. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M.
