2. The present application has been filed alleging non compliance of the order dated 05.10.2015 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 15703 of 2012.

3. In terms of the previous orders, supplementary counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the University personally affirmed by the Registrar. From the averments made in the same, it appears that the order of the Court dated 05.10.2015 stands complied with.

4. In view thereof, the application stands disposed off.

5. However, if the petitioner is aggrieved by any error in computation of the amount, which has been paid, it shall be open to him to file a detailed representation before the Registrar of the University within four weeks from today. Upon the same being done, the Registrar shall get the matter enquired and pass a reasoned order within the next four weeks.
