2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Asthawan P.S. Case No. 166 of 2019 for the offence punishable under Sections 395 of the Indian Penal Code, lodged on 06.08.2019 by the informant Deepak Kumar.

3. As per the prosecution story, the informant alleged while he was going to Begusarai after loading sand in his Truck, it was blocked by a tree. Upon stopping the vehicle, allegation is that the accused caught hold of him and snatched Rupees 70-80 Thousand beside the mobile phone and the key of the vehicle, his hands and legs were tied whereafter they fled away. This led to the F.I.R.

4. Though learned counsel for the petitioner tried to

5. Considering the submissions of the parties and the nature of allegation coupled with the fact that the matter is of the year 2019, it would be appropriate that the petitioner seek bail.

6. Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application stands rejected.
