In the present writ petition, petitioner apprehends that his saw mill having 18" diameter may be interfered with by the authority concerned.
It goes without saying that the Government has already resolved to exclude 18" diameter saw mill vide resolution dated 24.12.2012 and as such, there is no need to pass any positive order.
The writ petition stands disposed of.
