Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Respondent No. 3 by filing appropriate representation within a period of two weeks from today, whereupon the Respondent No.3 shall consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders with regard to the payment of the leave encashment amount within a period of four weeks, thereafter and in case, the Respondent No. 3 comes to a conclusion that the leave encashment amount is payable to the petitioner, the same shall be paid within a further period of four weeks, therefrom.
