JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 27-09-2018 In view of the statements made in Paragraph Nos. 7 to 13 of the supplementary show cause filed today on behalf of O.P. No. 7, this contempt application is not required to proceed. The O.P. No. 7 has demonstrated that the persons whose names these petitioners have disclosed saying that they have been appointed pursuant to the vacancies filled up after the order passed by the learned writ Court, have been in fact placed on deputation in the office.

Learned counsel, however, submits that the regular vacancies are likely to be filled up in near future, however, the said process will be taken up after the approval of the State Government.

Patna High Court MJC No.2610 of 2015 (8) dt.27-09-2018 3/3 It is further submitted that in case the petitioners are willing to work as daily wagers, they may make a request before the competent authority which will be placed before the Board for consideration and in terms of the policy decision if it is found in favour, the same may be considered. It is, however, submitted that it should not be taken as undertaking of O.P. No. 7 to induct these petitioners as the daily wagers.

This application stands disposed off in the aforesaid terms.
