The petitioner, invoking writ jurisdiction of this court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, has prayed for directing the appellate authority to dispose of his appeal i.e. B.B.C. Appeal No. 11 of 2012-13.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of learned AC to GA No. 10, submits that during the pendency of the writ petition the appeal has already been disposed of, and as such, he makes a prayer for disposal of the present writ petition, so that, petitioner may assail the order of the appellate authority in

The prayer is allowed.
