2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Chautham P.S. Case No. 142 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 332, 338, 427, 353, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has not filed the impugned order dated 22.06.2023 with this bail application, but he has only filed modification order dated 03.07.2023.

4. In view of the aforesaid reason, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners above-named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
