JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 12-12-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Laheriasarai P.S. Case No. 18 of 2017 for the offence under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 504, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for the same transaction, i.e. 22 Katha of land, three similar cases were registered, in which the petitioner has already been granted anticipatory bail, as the petitioner is only the deed writer. Referring to Annexure-2 he submits that the person, who executed the disputed sale deed, has been granted anticipatory bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court.

Considering the aforesaid, the petitioner named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53745 of 2018(4) dt.12-12-2018 2/2 within one month from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Laheria Sarai P.S. Case No. 18 of 2017 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
