2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Narayanpur P.S Case No. 15 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 303(2), 317(2) and 3(5) of the BNS 2023.
3. As per allegation in the FIR, one stolen motorcycle has been recovered bearing Registration No. BR03V-9427.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He next submits that petitioner's name has been recovered from the confessional statement of the co-accused namely Umrendra Kumar. He further submits that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It is also submitted that

5. However, learned APP for the State oppose the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.
6. On perusal of the FIR, impugned order dated 22.05.2025, it appears that petitioner's name has been figured on the confessional statement of the co-accused namely Umrendra Kumar and nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and considering the submissions made on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-1st Bhojpur in connection with Narayanpur P.S Case No. 15 of 2025.
