Petitioner seeks bail in Kotwali (Purabsarai) P.S. Case No.123 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 and 27 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged that one Masket has been recovered from possession of the petitioner.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that seizure list does not bear signature of the petitioner. Petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case.

Petitioner is in custody since 22.03.2019.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43171 of 2019(2) dt.18-07-2019 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger, in connection with Kotwali (Purabsarai) P.S. Case No.123 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
