2. This application has been filed for direction to the respondent authorities to remove the encroachment of the road.

3. In view of the prayer, the Public Complaint Redressal Officer, Raxaul, East Champaran is directed to dispose of the representation dated 29.08.2022 filed by the

Patna High Court CWJC No.10599 of 2023(2) dt.30-11-2023 3/3 petitioner in accordance with law after hearing all the concerned parties preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

4. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this application is disposed of.
