2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 143 , 341 , 324, 325 , 307, 323 , 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code . 3 . As per the prosecution case , informant namely Rahul Kumar alleged that on 10.06.2022 , this petitioner along with other co-accused persons were forcibly constructing road upon his land. It is further alleged that when informant protested, , then accused persons abused and assaulted him. This petitioner is alleged to have caused multiple knife wounds on the body of cousin brother of informant. Doctor has found the injuries simple in nature . Case and counter case .

4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition of the petitioner.

5 . Considering the aforesaid facts, nature of injury and circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class Saran at Chapra in connection with Ishuapur P.S. case No. 121 of 2022 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure .
