JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 31-08-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That the petitioner above named craves for indulgence of this Hon'ble Court by way of issuance of any appropriate writ preferably in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the Respondents concerned to revise the pension of the petitioner on the basis of revised salary of the petitioner upon grant of three A.C.P. with fixation of grade pay at Rs.1900/- instead of Rs.1650/- as wrongly fixed, as the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.15132 of 2015(2) dt.31-08-2023 2/2 being a Matric passed in the year 1971 itself is entitled for the same alongwith all its consequential benefits as also for payment of earned leave for 77 days and amount of three due increments which has not been paid to the petitioner. And/or any other relief or reliefs for which the petitioner is found entitled to in the facts and circumstances of this case."

Considering the nature of relief sought for by the petitioner in the present writ petition, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the Respondent authorities for redressal of his subsisting grievances, if any. 3.
