The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Mahila P.S. Case No. 80 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Section 498(A) and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. It is submitted on behalf of informant that petitioner is enjoying the privilege of police bail, so anticipatory bail is not maintainable.
