2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Narahiya P.S. Case No. 61 of 2024 for the offence punishable under sections 103(1) of the BNS, lodged on 31.08.2024 by the informant, Ramchandra Mandal.

3. As per the prosecution story, the informant alleged that due to old dispute, his son hit his younger son, Kaviraj Mandal on the back side of the head which became fatal. This led to the F.I.R.

4. Though learned counsel for the petitioner tried to submit and show the innocence of the petitioner, learned APP Mr. Bharat Bhushan submits that a perusal of the F.I.R. would show that his own father has alleged about that killing of the

5. Considering the crime that alleged to have been committed by this petitioner, this Court is not inclined to extend him privilege of anticipatory bail.
