The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Sheohar P.S.Case No. 6 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 342, 353, 379, 504, 506, 323, 333, 224 and 225/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the fact that the petitioner is alleged to have obstructed the police personnel in discharge of official duty and forcibly rescued the accused, who was arrested in a case under NDPS Act, I am not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail to the petitioner.
