Petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Fatuha P.S. Case No. 353 of 2018 for the offence under sections 353, 385, 189, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

From the prosecution story, it appears that a speed post envelope containing threat of dire consequences was received by the informant which bears the name of this petitioner who happens to be the husband of Rinku, Sheweka working under the informant.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54307 of 2018(3) dt.12-12-2018 2/2 order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sri Sanjeev Kumar Chandrayari, J.M., Patna city, Patna, in connection with Fatuha P.S.
