The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No.296/2020, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 325, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.

If the petitioners surrender and pray for regular bail before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, the Court below will consider the petition for regular bail
