No.112 of 2015, a prayer was made to allow to assail the order dated 29.11.2014 passed by the Licensing Authority-cumForest Divisional Officer, Nalanda. However, after some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of learned AC to AAG-3, makes a prayer for disposal of the writ petition granting liberty to the petitioner to avail statutory remedy against the order passed by the licensing authority.

The prayer is allowed.
