JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 18-08-2015 In this case, by filing an Interlocutory Application i.e. I.A. No.112 of 2015, a prayer was made to allow to assail the order dated 29.11.2014 passed by the Licensing Authority-cumForest Divisional Officer, Nalanda. However, after some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of learned AC to AAG-3, makes a prayer for disposal of the writ petition granting liberty to the petitioner to avail statutory remedy against the order passed by the licensing authority.

The prayer is allowed.

The writ petition stands disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to avail statutory remedy.
