The petitioner is languishing in custody since 06.08.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 323, 324, 341, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged against the petitioner that he assaulted with the butt of rifle on the head of the informant.
It is submitted by learned senior counsel for the petitioner that during investigation, the mother of the informant alleged that this petitioner was armed with Lathi when the wife of the informant has not alleged accusation of assault against the

The petitioner is agnate of the informant and there is counter version of occurrence also. A statement has been made in paragraph no. 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the informant that the injury caused by the petitioner on the head of the informant has been found to be grievous.
Considering the fact that the petitioner has not repeated the blow and statement made in paragraph no. 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M.
Ist Class, Bhojpur at Ara, in connection with Agion (Garhani) P.S. Case No. 21 of 2014.
