2. This application has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the opposite party no. 02 vide order dated 12.08.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 32847 of 2015 in connection with Andar P.S. Case No 44 of 2015 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. From the perusal of the records, there is no allegation against the opposite party no. 02 with regard to tampering with the evidence.

4. Considering the aforesaid facts, this Court finds no ground to interfere with the impugned order.
