2. On 24.08.2022, the following order was passed: "Heard learned counsels for the parties.

Patna High Court CWJC No.15498 of 2019 dt.02-11-2022 2/2 During pendency of the present petition, respondent No. 1 - Shashi Shekhar is stated to have died. Learned counsel for the first respondent should have submitted application for bringing Legal Heirs of the deceased first respondent. In order to give one more opportunity, re-list this matter on 21.09.2022. If the Legal Heirs have not been brought on record before the next date of hearing, petition would be dismissed as against first respondent."

3. Today, learned counsel for the respondents, on instruction, submitted that he has made necessary efforts to get Legal Heirs of the deceased respondent No. 1- Shashi Shekhar, however he could not get necessary instruction to bring Legal Heirs of deceased Shashi Shekhar - respondent No. 1. In the light of these facts and circumstances, proceedings against the first respondent stands abated. In the result, CWJC No. 15498 of 2019 stands disposed of as the proceedings stood abated. (P. B.
