Singh, learned counsel for the State as also Dr. Maurya Vijay Chandra, representing the NHAI.

2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:

(i) to pay the due compensation to the petitioner in connection with Land Acquisition Case No. 54/2012-13 pending before the respondent no. 5 whereby and where under the land of the petitioner appertaining to Khata No. 269, Plot No. 748, Measuring 5 decimal falling within Mauza Bhatiyahi under Araria District has been acquired for widening of National Highway 57A;

Patna High Court CWJC No.10683 of 2023(2) dt.11-05-2026 2/2 (ii) to give the aforesaid amount of compensation the petitioner forthwith and without any delay;

(iii) for any other relief's to which the petitioner is found entitled to.

3. After some argument learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be approaching the competent Civil Court for redressal of the grievance.

4. Granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the competent Civil Court, the writ petition is disposed of. (Rajiv Roy, J) Ravi/- U
