2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in the present case registered for the offence under Sections 395, 397 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)A, 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, six unknown criminals surrounded the informant and looted gold ornaments kept in the bag. Petitioner is in jail since 30.09.2023.
4. One Vishnu Kumar was arrested and pursuant to his self inculpatory statement, snatched keys and register were recovered. He has named this petitioner as participant in the crime. Petitioner is also accused in a case of murder.
5. Considering the allegations levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is rejected.
7. The Superintendent of Police, East Champaran will examine the case records as to why no T.I. Parade of the accused persons are being held as it has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in the present case, no T.I. Parade has been held.
8. If the informant is ready and willing, the Superintendent of Police, East Champaran will get the T.I. Parade of the accused persons held.
9. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Superintendent of Police, East Champaran through FAX for its compliance forthwith.
