2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Birupur P.S. Case No. 19 of 2025, instituted under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 126, 115(2), 117, 74 of B.N.S., 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, on the date of occurrence petitioner along with co-accused persons assaulted the informant and his family members causing injury to them. It is also alleged that petitioner molested the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to land dispute between the parties. The alleged occurrence took place on 15.03.2025 but the case has been lodged on 27.03.2025 without any explanation of inordinate

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46419 of 2025(2) dt.30-07-2025 2/2 delay. He further submits that there is case and counter case between the parties. Petitioner undertakes to co-operate in the investigation and trial.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submission of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Lakhisarai in connection with Birupur P.S. Case No. 19 of 2025, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 482 (2) of the Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita (B.N.S.S.), 2023.
