Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Bhaptiyahi P.S. Case No. 56 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under sections 302/201/379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case merely on basis of suspicion. Moreover, similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 11.01.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 37263 of 2020. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
