2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 354(B), 419, 420, 466 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It is alleged that this petitioner got the land of father-in-law of the informant executed and thereafter, on the basis of forged sale-deed, he also mutated the said land in his favour.
4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that the land in question was purchased by the petitioner from one Sri Jagdev Sharma and Smt. Chanma Devi (D/o Sri Jagdev Sharma) by way of registered gift deed dated 01.02.1989 and thereafter, mutation was created in favour of petitioner by the Circle Officer and Halka Karamchari on 18.05.2023. The dispute is purely of a civil nature. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Udakishanganj, District - Madhepura in connection with Puraini P.S. Case No. 43 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
