20-08-2015 After some argument, Sri Bhanu Pratap Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of learned A.C. to Govt. Pleader - 16, makes a prayer for disposal of the writ petition so that the petitioner may approach the authority concerned for provisional release of the vehicle in question.

The prayer is allowed.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
