To quash/set aside the notices dated 08.05.2024 and 19.06.2024 (Annexure-1 and 3) in Encroachment Case No. 01/2021-22 purportedly issued under Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956 by the Circle Officer, Bandara, Muzaffarpur.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the

Patna High Court CWJC No.10273 of 2024(2) dt.16-07-2024 2/2 petitioner seeks a direction upon the Circle Officer, Bandara, District-Muzaffarpur, to consider the objection filed by him on 24.05.2024, which is annexed as Annexure-P2 to the present writ petition and pass the final order under section 6(1) of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, forthwith, and till then he should not be disturbed. It is directed accordingly.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
