2. Counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondents no. 1 to 4, in which the stand is that all admitted retiral dues of the petitioner have been paid to him. However, with regard to Group Insurance, there is no statement, but learned counsel for the University submitted that he has received instructions that the same has also been paid to the petitioner, though inadvertently statement to
Patna High Court CWJC No.9272 of 2016 dt.20-06-2018 2/2 this effect has not been made in the counter affidavit.
