2. Petitioner is in custody in a case registered for the offence under Sections 310(4), 310(5), 310(6), 61(2) of the BNS and Section 25 (1-B)A, 25(1-AA), 26/35 of the Arms Act.
3. As per the allegation in the FIR, one loaded country made pistol including two loaded live cartridge and a sharp folded dagger were recovered from the possession of the petitioner and other co-accused persons.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that no incriminating article has been recovered from the physical possession of the petitioner only a

He next submits that there is no independent eye witness of the seizure list. He next submits that petitioner is in custody since 25.03.2025. He further submits that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as stated in para-3 of the bail petition.
5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for Regular bail of the petitioner.
6. In light of the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, on his furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran, Chapra in connection with Amnaur P.S. Case No.82 of 2025.
