JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. This writ application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal against the order dated 16.07.2013, passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Hilsa, Nalanda. In case, any such petition for condonation of delay in filing the appeal is filed, the same would be considered sympathetically, as the petitioner was pursuing his remedy before this Court.

It is expected that the learned appellate authority would dispose of the appeal within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
