ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 14-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody since 29.6.2014 in Kursakanta P.S. Case No.90/14 for the offence under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the I.P.C.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is the elder brother -in-law (Bhainsur) of the alleged victim girl who died. It is further submitted that the entire family of the husband of the victim girl have been implicated in the present case though the petitioner has been living separately since long and he has no concern with his brother and his family members. Considering the aforesaid submissions and the period of custody of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40089 of 2014 (3) dt.14-01-2015 2/2 be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri S.K.Sanjay, J.M. 1st Class, Araria, in Kursakanta P.S. Case No.90 of 2014.
