Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned APP for the State and perused the case diary.

The petitioner is in custody in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegedly, it is a case of dowry death due to nonfulfilment of dowry demand. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the petitioner is husband of the deceased and she committed suicide by hanging. He further submits that the petitioner was married in the month of May, 2021 with Priti

He further submits that schooling life of the deceased spent at Raniganj (West Bengal) but she was married with the petitioner in the village, therefore, her nature was not matching in the village culture as such, she was not happy in the village, therefore, she committed suicide in her room and when the door of the room was not opened by the deceased, the door was broken by the family members of the in-laws and the father of the petitioner, namely, Ganpat Yadav informed through phone to the informant on 20.04.2022 at about 12.30 and stated that the deceased has committed suicide by hanging with the ceiling fan. It is also submitted that during trial, the informant has not supported the prosecution case. Petitioner is in custody since 20.05.2022.

Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Buxar
