2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with S.T. No. 275/2024 arising out of Sarai Ranjan P.S. Case No. 165/2023 dated 26.05.2023 registered for the offence punishable u/s 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, three unknown miscreants are alleged to have looted Rs. 2,32,540/- from Dakshin Bihar Gramin Bank, Khalispur on the point of pistol. Further, they also took away DVR of C.C.T.V. camera.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46663 of 2025(2) dt.17-09-2025 2/3 this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. The name of the petitioner has sprung up in the selfconfessional statement recorded in Muffasil P.S. Case No. 294/2023 and from that case he has been remanded in this case. The other co-accused person has already been granted bail by this court vide order dated 07.08.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 50990/2024. The petitioner has seven criminal antecedents and he is on bail in five other criminal cases as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner is in custody since 01.08.2023.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Samastipur in connection with Sarai Ranjan P.S. Case No. 165/2023 vide S.T. No. 275/2024, with the condition:- (i). The petitioner is directed to remain physically present before the learned Court below on each and every date, failing which on two consecutive dates without reasonable
