The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Complaint Case No. 786 (C)/2015, registered for the offence punishable under Section 406 of the Indian Penal Code.
The complainant is a security guard working in I.S.S. and S.D.B. Security Agency. The complainant alleged that he was posted in I.D.B.I. Bank. He also did the work on Sunday, but the officers of the security agency did not pay extra wages and compensation to the complainant and thereby misappropriated the remuneration amount of Rs. 82,958/- of the complainant. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19815 of 2017 (3) dt.07-07-2017 2/2 petitioners are officers of the security agency and the entire salary, due of the complainant, has already been paid by the Company. Considering the nature of allegations made against the petitioners, the petitioners above named in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Judge IV-cumAdditional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barh in connection with Complaint Case No. 786 (C)/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
