This application has been filed for cancellation of bail of the opposite parties nos. 2 to 6 who have been granted bail by the learned ACJM-II, Bhabhua, Kaimur vide order dated 11.09.2017 in connection with Chainpur P.S. Case No. 200 of 2017 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 448, 354(B), 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. This Court has perused the order dated 25.07.2018 by which the cancellation of bail preferred by the present petitioner before the Additional Sessions Judge-I, Kaimur was

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68495 of 2018(3) dt.13-03-2026 2/2 rejected.

4. Upon perusal of the impugned order, by which the accused was enlarged on bail, this Court finds no illegality of infirmity in the same.

5. No cogent ground has been established on behalf of the petitioner for cancellation and no even no misuse of bail is alleged against the accused.
