2. Notwithstanding the allegations set out in the First Information Report, as the charge-sheet has only been submitted under Sections 341, 323, 342, 498(A), 504, 506 of the Penal Code and petitioner, named above, having remained in jail custody for more than eight months, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/-(Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Purnea, in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 43/2014.
